It was a privilege to conduct workshops across five prominent Indian schools in Doha, Qatar, focusing on the following areas:
• Remedial strategies for slow learners and enrichment approaches for high achievers
• Assessment frameworks aligned with NEP 2020
• Experiential learning methodologies
• Development of critical thinking skills
The interactions with educators in Doha were deeply enriching and professionally rewarding. Collaborative discussions on addressing the challenges of teaching in a new environment away from the home country further enhanced the exchange of ideas.
The sessions also emphasized practical strategies to support diverse learners and explored how the principles of NEP and NCF can be effectively integrated to create more meaningful and inclusive classroom experiences.
Overall, the experience was both fulfilling and inspiring. I remain sincerely grateful for the appreciation, trust, and recognition extended to me, and for the opportunity to contribute to the professional development of educators working beyond India.
