Ms. Tapasi De has lived many roles in her career spanning over 27 years as a teacher, trainer, editor, ELT expert, content creator and mentor. Her journey across classrooms, world of books and communities has revealed one constant fact: quality education changes lives, especially in India’s interiors where support is needed most!
As a keen observer and creative problem-solver, she founded Upskill Lab to bring practical teacher training, compassionate mentoring, and credible academic audits to schools that want real, sustainable improvement. Alongside a committed team, she extends her guidance to educators to whom teaching is a passion, a way of life and who are committed to bring the change in the academic domain of our country.
