Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • At Upskill Lab, we aim to provide the best possible experience to every client and participant. However, we understand that plans may change.

  • 1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for training sessions, workshops, or consultancy services must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to partial charges, depending on the preparation and resource allocation already made.

  • 2. Refund Policy

  • Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

  • In cases where the service has already been delivered or substantially completed, refunds may not be applicable.

  • 3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized programs, content creation projects, and counselling sessions that have already commenced are non-refundable.
