1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for training sessions, workshops, or consultancy services must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date.

Late cancellations may be subject to partial charges, depending on the preparation and resource allocation already made.

2. Refund Policy

Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

In cases where the service has already been delivered or substantially completed, refunds may not be applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Customized programs, content creation projects, and counselling sessions that have already commenced are non-refundable.
